I really like the grill, but when i go to lite it it doesn't always start all the burners that should light.

Weber grills have always been my go-to product. This model is everything I expected. Two relatively minor issues: The burner assembly was not quite positioned properly so when the front panel was attached the shank of the knobs could not fully seat because of the clearance with the valve stems and the holes in the front panel. Had to loosen the burner assembly and correct. The second issue, which was beyond Weber's control, was a faulty igniter box. Burner #1 was not receiving a sufficient spark. Swapping the wires between Burner #1 and #4 caused Burner #1 to work and #4 to fail. Customer service was great and immediately ordered a replacement. However, the item is on backorder! Order was placed on 7/5/21, but the item is not expected to ship until 7/27/21! A little disappointing, so I'm holding off using the grill until the part arrives.
