This grill is easy to cook on and clean up after. It is well built and designed with features that deliver quality food even if the meal requires grilling at different temperatures.
Assembly was a real challenge, and definitely requires 2 people and >2 hours. In many cases the instructions aren't clear because they are written completely graphically (to avoid the need for translation). Be sure it fits out your sliding door before assembling inside! Also the initial burn-off instructions say to keep the cover closed, but this does NOT apply to the side burner, where the cover will get warped with heating.
Other than that, we are very pleased with the actual cooking performance of the grill.
This is by far the best grill that I have ever owned. Plenty of cooking space for big gatherings. Plus my wife likes her steaks a little more done than I do, so the searing station is an awesome feature.
I love the quality as always. As this is my 3rd Weber grill. The one big downside for this propane grill is the new design for the easy acess to the propane tank. The aesthetics of the tank showing is note an attractive sight. We had to buy multiple items to use as cover ups for that side of the grill. It just takes away from what is otherwise a great grill. Just feedback for the next model. Keep the tank concealed please
I've owned a Weber Genesis 3 burner for 25 years, that grill was a solid investment and still worked perfect they day I decided to replace it and move up to the Genesis II E-435. Bought directly from the factory, had it delivered to my home, my daughter and I put it together in a short amount of time. I will admit the bigger more modern grill is a learning curve but I know I made the right decision. Love my new grill.
