First, I'd like to say the entire process with Weber was fantastic. Over the years, I've built a lot of different things and I have to say, it was an actual pleasure to put this grill together. From the way it was packaged to the instructions, everything went smooth and fit together perfectly. I was able to put it together by myself but it wouldn't hurt to have an extra set of hands. It took me a few hours to get it all together but I was in absolutely no hurry. It was a great afternoon project. I'm sure it could be done a little faster. We went with the NG version and I needed a couple fittings. When I went to H.D. there happened to be a Weber rep there and he was more than helpful, taking me to the gas fitting isle and helping me find exactly what I needed. With regard to grilling, I was a Weber Kettle grill owner for the past 13 years. There's something to be said about grilling with charcoal but this grill is amazing. Other than a slight learning curve transitioning from charcoal the food quality coming off this grill is fantastic. The heat is even and consistent. Start to finish I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend this style grill to anyone and everyone.
I assembled myself, instructions were ok, there is room for improvement. The section where the lines are run and where is not great. Once I got it together it fired up properly the first time and we grilled fine. The right side is way hotter than the left due to the placement of the burners and we learned that the hard way :-) I cant believe they don't give you a cover to your grill on such a high price tag item like a grill.
I called because the base of our new grill was broken after falling from my deck. I fully expected to have to pay for the replacement parts. The wonderful customer rep Tommy was friendly and super helpful. Not only did he replace the parts free of charge due to Weber’s amazing 10 year warranty, but he over-nighted them as well! It is very rare to find this type of customer service. I will remain loyal to Weber and pass it along to anyone I know shopping for a grill. Kudos to you Weber! USA!!
It doesn’t get hot enough. Not sure why but the grill doesn’t heat up

Hello, we are sorry to hear that your grill is not reaching desired temperatures. Would you mind following these steps the next time you use your grill? Step number 5 plays an essential role in troubleshooting. I suggest using your timer on your phone. 1. Open the lid 2. Make sure all knobs are in the off position. 3. Fully disconnect your tank from the rubber hose and reconnect it. 4. Open your LP tank slowly, fully open. 5. Wait one full minute-60 seconds, no longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds. 6. Turn the first burner to start/high (first position to the left) 7. Hit your igniter 8. Turn on all remaining burners 9. Close the lid to preheat to 500-550°F Please give this a try, and if you continue to have the same issues or have any questions, please reach out to us. We are happy to help! Thanks!
I like everything about this grill. I've owned two Weber grills and they never wear out. In my opinion, Weber grills are the best grills available on the market.
