Good Grill. Cooks Great. Disappointed with excess gas line storage (there is none). There is no hook or interior storage for line. I can fix it myself; but engineers should have had this covered.

Purchased this grill in the summer of 18. When grill arrived I had server issues, one being wheel was broken. Repaired promptly but never was quite right. Grill is stored on heated garage over the winter. My grill burns grease from the side covers when closed .. drips onto deck while I’m grilling if I do not constantly wipe down .. I have know idea why I am having this issue. also rubber on wheel is completely off .. I try so hard not to move becaue of the issue with wheel .. good luck trying to get Weber to reply or phone back.. I honestly would only buy Weber and I am so so disappointed in the grill .. Not even three season and I’m looking to replace !!!

I don't know yet how the grill is because I haven't been able to use it yet. I received it and as soon as we opened the box we noticed the top corner piece of the grill box was broke off and inside the box. It took me 5 day's to get in touch with someone even though I sent 2 emails left my callback phone number 5 times held on phond for 1 hr 13 minutes than was hung up on. I finally just got the replacement box and if course was told no big thing to change it out. Well maybe not gif them but for an individual yes it is. They should have just sent me a whole new grill. For the amount of money I spent on this grill it isn't starting out very good.
