Good Grill. Cooks Great. Disappointed with excess gas line storage (there is none). There is no hook or interior storage for line. I can fix it myself; but engineers should have had this covered.
My children “bought” me a Genesis Silver B grill about 20 years ago for Father’s Day and this year for Father’s Day, those same young adults bought me a Genesis II E-435 grill. While I have special memories associated with my old grill, I’ll make more with my new grill. It’s much larger, has great, new capabilities and is half again the size of the older grill. It’s very well built and sturdy. Clearly, Weber hasn’t rested on their laurels when it comes to build and quality. I couldn’t be more proud of my new Father’s Day gift, or my wonderful kids. I look forward to another generation of fine food.
This is the most amazing grill. My first Weber and I absolutely love it. It is very well constructed to start. I’ve cooked on this grill at least three times a week for the past month. It cooks more evenly than any grill I’ve ever owned. There are no “hotspots”. No grease flare ups. I really can’t say enough about this grill. I absolutely love it. Weber’s customer service is awesome too. I had an issue with a grill cover and Weber found a way to make it right! Great product! Great company! What else can you ask for! Go big, go Weber or, go home!
Love the new Weber. Replaced a twenty year old Genesis 3-burner grill. Hoping that this lasts another 20 years. Love the four burners & have loaded up the storage cabinet with all my gear & accessories.
Still learning about the sear burner. Like the idea, just wish you could ignite it earlier. You need to wait until the grill temp is around 500 degrees, and then you can ignite it. That’s fine for the initial sear, but makes it harder for the reverse sear method. Not a big fan of the side burner, but that is the only way to get 4 burners & a cabinet.
Took about an hour & half to assemble. Had my son helping.
Looking forward to filling all of that grill space on 4th of July.
