I upgraded from a 3-burner Weber Genesis to a 4-burner and love the 4-burner's width. I was able to cook 3 racks of ribs and at the end fit my mesh grill pan for veggies on the grill all at once! Just what I wanted to be able to do. Also love that the warming rack can fold down out of the way.
The only reason I gave this a 4 star rather than a 5 star was that the first time I grilled burgers, twice burgers slipped through the grate while flipping them; this didn't happen on the old Weber Genesis (different grill grate spacing). Also the drip pan doesn't seem to be aligned properly with the grease trap; the grease/marinade/meat juices are falling onto the shelf instead of the drip pan and so need to be cleaned up after every use.

We truly love this grill, best purchase we have had! We also bought the smoker box and I have been smoking everything! It keeps a perfect temperature for grilling, smoking, and baking! We will need one more smoker box for the big meats and I am looking forward to so much more grilling! Thank you Weber for making a superior product!

Excellent BBQ design. We thought we were buying US made and is why we paid 2x more but now I read that the Genesis II is made in China. Missing a brass bushing that I fixed with two nuts. Directions to assemble good. Missing two holes for side burner. Needs better quality control. It’s still a good BBQ but I won’t buy another one since it’s made in China

After 20 + years enjoying my Genesis 1000 grill it was time for an upgrade. Weber is the King of grills. Very happy so far. The assembly was simple and on the initial burn off it got to 675 degrees! I highly recommend this grill.

We upsized the grill we selected to accommodate larger party crowds. Even when cooking just for two, the additional real estate allows us to grill everything at once without crowding the grill surface.
Feature set is superb. Build quality is first rate. Get one! :)

So disappointed in the quality of this product! Got this as a Father's Day Gift and had 2 damaged pieces out of the box. After 2.5 hours on hold and a wasted Saturday I was able to get the parts replaced within about a week.
However, during the first use of this, I smelled and heard gas leaking. I confirmed this by using a soapy water mixture, which resulted in bubbles. I reconnected it numerous times, but it is definitely leaking from the Weber part...not the tank. Now it's back to not being able to use this grill until I get more parts....assuming I can get customer service to help in a quick way.
The fact that this grill is 2-3x as expensive as most, the initial experience has been very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a great grill. Had some issues when it was delivered but they took care of it. The only complaint I have is that when lightning the burners ... you can’t tell if they are lit or not.
