I recently grilled 6 half chickens and roasted some veggies. The chicken came out great! Placement of the meat was of no consequence, It all cooked evenly and on time. The veggies turned out well too. Love this grill!

Expensive but worth the money. You can spend a lot less but it will lack in quality and performance. This product is well built. It is fairly easy to assemble, especially with a second set of hands. After watching reviews on grills, Weber's are at the top for performance. Overly satisfied with this grill.

Assembly took a while, but instructions and the way parts were packaged (organized) was was a help. Not having to convert from propane to natural gas as I had to on my last grill. Too early to tell as far as how well grates, deflectors, etc will hold up (rust). What was incredible to me is how quickly it heats up. 700 degrees in less than 5 minutes, on high with lid closed. Lesson learned on that. Had to let it cool down before throwing meat on!
