Heats up super fast and can hold a temp and it cooks evenly. The parts are all solid and heavy duty feeling. Once built this is a tank.

This is a very sturdy grill. A well designed cook area greatly reduces flare-ups and provides a very effective sear area for steaks. Absolutely the best grill I have owned.
