I’ve spent tons of money every few years to replace one garbage grill for another garbage grill. Finally ponied up and got a real grill, the one above. Wow...... I’m afflicted to grilling now. It’s so fun!
Have been a Weber fan for years. Wanted to upgrade to 4 burners for more cooking opportunities. The unit works excellent. Like the storage underneath. Heat is very even. Have done both direct and indirect cooking. Plan on using for many, many years.
So far the grill has lived up to all the hype. Working toward cooking a large roast. The only thing I would like to see is a grill over that open in front to get at storage without taking the whole cover off.
This is our third grille, we are enjoying it very much, as we cook on it, 90%, the only bad thing was that the store that out it together left the nuts loose and when lid was closed it fell apart, I strongly recommend it!
This is a large grill which allows you to conduct indirect cooking with the perfect amount of space for a large Brisket or Pork Butt. It has a subtlety that allows for complex cooking where you will not commit cremation for any food. I love it and although not tested for a house party due to COVID- when the time comes I believe it will be sensational with its additional upper wracking ready for wings that are complete and other edible yummies stacked suitably
