This is probably my fourth Weber grill and as usual it has exceeded expectations. I love the new feature of the gas tank being on the outside as it’s so much easier to access for changing. I like the new sear burner as well. I downsized from a Summit to this Genesis series and it has plenty of room to cook the entire meal of proteins and veggies. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great grill.
I bought this grill a month ago and it is great!!! I lights up easy and warms up fast. It is able to cook for a party of 8. Stainless steel looks great
This new grill is an upgrade from my Genesis I and the performance is outstanding. I am pleased that there is consistency between the products and that I didn’t have to learn to grill all over again. The direction of the burners in the new model makes it easier for indirect heat cooking.
The cabinet has several large gaps on the sides and rear that permits animals to enter the grill and make a HUGE mess. Animals can also easily open the two doors because the magnets are so weak. I have grease paw prints all around my grill from the poor design. I have been forced to attach perforated metal to seal the gaps to keep animals. I also use zip ties to lock the doors closed. For $1400, the Weber grill should have perforated metal to keep the animals out.
