Have had this grill about a month, replacing a smaller Weber Spirit. I bought it primarily for the increased grilling surface as we are doing more extended family events. The pleasant surprise was the incredible amount of heat the 4 burners throw off. Still getting used to how low I can set it and still get perfect results. Everything else is first rate. I love it!

I purchased this Genesis II S-435 Gas Grill as a gift to myself to replace a 20 year old Weber skyline series grill that has served my family well and still works fine. I wanted a larger grill with some of the newer technology that would allow me to incorporate a griddle while still providing adequate room for grilling projects. I've only had it a short time but so far kudos to the searing station, I now achieve awesome grill marks (diamonds) and really like the design of this grill! I plan on keeping this grill in service for another 20 years!

I bought this grill about a month ago. Did a lot of review checking, especially Consumer Reports. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THE WEBER GRILL COVER. Very odd that such a well made grill would put their name on such a flimsy cover. Grill handle light is very good but ALWAYS cover before rain. It is NOT water resistant at all.

I bought this grill because I'm tired of replacing my grill every four years or so because it has rusted out. The 10 year warranty sold me on it. The assembly was easy and the construction solid. It cooks well, doesn't seem to flare up as much as many of the grills I've used in the past, and seems easy to clean. I've done some testing and am also using it as an oven with indirect heat under a cookie sheet. I've cooked crescent rolls and breads that way. The side burner lets me cook pasta and vegetables in the summer without heating up the kitchen. All told, I am delighted with my purchase.

Purchased about a month ago and so far I'm very pleased with the decision. I opted for professional delivery & setup and I'm *so* glad because I got to start grilling right away. I didn't expect everything to be so heavy. Heavy does good especially when assembled well.

I am happy with the grill, overall quality is good, but at this price point, I wish that the lower half of the grill was also constructed of stainless steel. Also the endcaps of the side shelves used to be made of gray painted aluminum and are now made of plastic. This grill lives outside on a deck and is exposed to the elements. As with my last genesis grill the "cart" had fell apart before the grill did due to rust. At this price I would have hoped for complete stainless construction.
