This grill replaces a Q300 due to entertaining more. It gives me much more real estate to get food on the table quickly. First grill was rotisserie chicken which turn out great. Only issue was the sear burner would not ignite. You could get it going by using a match, but the first three holes on the burner still would not produce a flame. Called customer service and had a replacement burner on the way. It would nice if Weber ditch the inaccurate hood thermometer. I know they sell the iGrill 3 but having a built in digital accurate thermometer is really needed. Also a powerful waterproof grill light is also needed. This grill didn’t come with any light. The light they do sell got horrible reviews, mainly not water proof and not bright.
We had gone through a number of grills over the years - trying to save money. Big mistake. We entertain enough now that we needed a big size, and our grill master friends told us to get a Weber. Wish we had purchased one years ago. It's fantastic!
Stainless Steel is impossible to keep clean. After being clean and put under a Weber Cover, the next day there are all kinds of blotches. I'm using a 5 star SS Cleaner, so that's not the issue. Anyone else dealing with this? Wish I had a painted baked enamel!
Bought this grill to replace old one that was half the price. I could tell the difference the minute I got it home. Heavy duty construction made to last. Father in law has one that’s the genesis and is 10 years old and going strong.
Just replaced my 11 year old Summit weber grill which I loved but can't believe how much better this grill is. Grill is super efficient and cooks great. The searing station is a real plus for meat.
We’ve had our grill about a month and use is at least 4 times a week! Easy to use I love the tank being on the side to turn the gas on and off! I have little flare ups! It’s been great!
