Great cooking, good build with a few small issues

This is a decently built Grill and love how it cooks the food. The sear burner is a nice feature as well. I read lots and lots of reviews and was concerned that so many had mention not being able to get grill marks on their proteins, I found this not to be the case at all. Very simply put, if you properly preheat your grill this is not an issues. The one nitpicky little detail that is the lid getting stuck on the lower housing of the grill when lifting the handle biased to one side, there's small return wall on the lid and that catches the lower portion in this scenario. Customer service is great, as I did have a paint delaminating issue with the gas tank panels. I called about the issue and customer service was both pleasant and knowledgeable. I received the replacement parts 10 days later.

This grill is everything I was expecting it to be. Its stunning to look at and very well built. It only took about an hour to assemble it the directions were very clear. I splurged on this grill because I was tired of having cheap grills that only last a couple years. I grill all year round wether its -10°f or 110°f. This grill is worth every penny and then some. And you cant beat then 10 warranty. Thanks weber for providing a true quality product and standing behind it!

Works great but a little slow to light. The searing section could be a little hotter as well. The aluminum tub gets so hot that you really cant keep things on the side shelf without them getting hot too. I had to set up a separate table. Fairly even cooking.

Easy to put together. There is an app that step by small step walks you through the process. Impressed by the quality of the components. A little intimidating at first when it was delivered on a pallet. I went SLOWLY, took my time. Everything works. On the initial 20 minute burn off, grill temp got to 650 degrees. I've never seen that in a grill. Love it!
