It took me about 4 hours to put together and I'm not particularly good at building things. The instructions were excellent and you do need a helper for 2 parts of the job that took roughly 2 minutes each. Once it was built the thing worked like a charm. I've always had Weber grills but this is definitely my largest grill. The others were good, but they had a lot of hot and cold spots. This one is beautifully even and heats up very quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks good, Works OK but Very Cheap Construction

Much poorer construction than older models. This grill replaces a 16 year old Weber Summit that was great. The hood bumpers broke on the new grill on the second use. Hood twist excessively while raising or closing. Lots of plastic fittings and fasteners, the old grill had real, reliable nuts and bolts and heavier metal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only problem is the Cast iron searing grate does not fit, Weber needs to resize it for the 4 burner grill
