If you want a serious grill, the buck stops with the Genesis II S-435. Everything about the unit; from the grates, to the burners, to the flavor bars and thermometer is quality made. Stainless steel throughout is what you need for longevity and weathering the elements and also makes it an easy clean. Auxiliary features like the sear burner and fuel level indicator make it the complete package. Could not be happier with the investment. This is a grill that will last 10-15 years. My only problem now is deciding between steak or pork ribs tonight.
