This is my third Weber grill and I couldn't be happier. My last Weber was a 3 burner and this new S-435 has 4 main burners. With the extra burner it is easy to get the heat right where you want it. I really like the stainless steel cooking surface. It has pencil sized stainless steel runners that get really hot and sear the meat surface perfectly. I grill 3-4 times a week and with this grill being all stainless steel, I expect to get at least 10 years out of it.

I’ve always had these visions of how I wanted to cook certain foods on the grill. My lack in grill quality, having purchased the dept. store specials every couple years, made that near impossible. Now though... I can cook everything from whole chickens to sea scallops exactly how I want to.
This grill works exactly how I expect a grill to work and on top of that a bottle of propane last considerably longer than all previous grills I’ve owned.
