I had never realized there is such a huge selection of Weber grills. As soon I figured that out, I purchased the grill of my dreams. It has all the bells and whistles one could want and the quality of the product is exceptional. I always wanted a sear burner that is located next to the other burners under the lid, and that left room on the outside of the grill for a separate burner for warming sauces, beans or anything you can cook on a stove top. It is also reasonably priced. A must have grill.
I've used the grill a couple of times now and it works perfectly. Assembly took a couple of hours. The grill heats up fast and cooks food evenly. The mechanical gauge which shows the propane level is a really useful feature. I also used the iGrill bluetooth temperature sensor. It was easy to pair with my phone and get temperature readings.
Great Grill - Still waiting to evaluate durability

Heat control is awesome. The Stainless Steel grates included are hard to clean and appear to show signs of rust already after just a few weeks. I will keep cleaning them and make sure they hold up. I really like the Grill - It makes it much easier to produce well cooked food. My last grill was from a different manufacturer. It lasted 12 years and I loved it. I hope I can love this grill just as much.
It’s fine. Very clunky to move around. Wheel design is terrible. The back two wheels don’t rotate. I just got grill and needed to replace back cart wheel within 3 weeks. Also starter system makes no sense. Need to light all burners from left to right and they eliminated the manual start access “hole” which is annoying. Overall, the grill will work for me, but I’m disappointed in the grill maneuverability especially in tight spaces at this high price point.

Hi! We greatly appreciate your feedback regarding the Genesis II S-435. It is unfortunate to hear of your wheel breaking. We can see that our rep is sending a replacement wheel. We have also reached out via email to further assist. Thank you!
The gas valve has a leak detection built in. No sure how it works but switching gas tanks can cause an issue. Gas valve works only at a slow rate if it detects gas fumes. So mid grilling could not finish my steaks on the grill. This is a pain as it has to set and the gas fumes must clear before full gas flow resumes. Called support and they sent a new gas valve but in reading manual it is designed to lock out. So when switching tanks turn off gas valve on tank disconnect and let air circulate around hose connection. Reconnect quickly and then turn new tank valve on. Full gas should then flow. It's a pain.............old valves were just fine never had any issues.
So glad I upgraded to my Genesis II. Grilling heat is even and cleanup is a breeze. I use my grill 2-3 times per week with both small and large gatherings. Why did I wait so long?
