Faulty Regulator Hose

Bought this brand new during Memorial weekend and was super excited to start grilling on my new Weber. Unfortunately the regulator hose that came with it was faulty and proceeded to leak gas like crazy. I sent in a request to get a new regulator hose and it had the same issue. I sent a request again but now I haven't heard anything back. Luckily for me I had another working regulator hose from my previous grill that works well. With that being said it is a great grill but I believe the regulator hoses that come with this are cheap.

Cooks great. Sturdy. Easy to assemble- ALL the pieces fit first try. Side burner gets hot enough for real cooking. Reminds me why Weber is worth the price.

I bought this grill with the hope I would enjoy the summer dinners, but there is absolutely no temperature control. I called Weber 6 times and I am still waiting for a call back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
