The grill itself is awesome but when assembling it we noticed a cracked piece on the igniter, we call Weber for a replacement part and had to leave a message. We still have yet to hear back and that was a month ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the grill and the functionality. The retailer I purchased it from left the protective film on the on the hood and the doors. When they delivered it. I can’t get the film residue off of the doors. It looks TERRIBLE!!!

The first 435 was delivered and the side burner and one of the main burners did not light. It took nearly 2 months to replace it as none are available in the market. When the new one came it had some damage to it that likely happened during assembly. This caused me too take a look at the screws and was surprised to see many plastic screws on such a heavy grill. My last one lasted 10 years and hope this one as well.
I think that the design of the drip tray in the center of the top shelf substantially reduces the value of the shelf.
I also think that the side cover for the propane tank is underwhelming for such a grill
The grill itself is fantastic and seems much more powerful than my previous weber.

I have used Weber Grills for over 20 years... The quality, reliability and trust I have in Weber Grills is why I keep coming back! My first Weber Grill lasted over 20 years and was a great grill. Why would I go to another brand when I got such a great and reliable grill from Weber... My sons owns a Weber Grill and he too is impressed with the quality and reliability. There a little more expensive but they last for ever and will never let you down!!!
