We recently moved closer to our daughters and four hungry teen-agers. After fifteen years using my reliable, but smaller, Genesis, I decided to move up to the larger and more versatile S-435.Bought it boxed at the store. Followed the easy-to-follow directions for assembly. No missing parts. Everything fit together as it should. Limited use so far, but purchased the Weber smoker box and am looking forward to a putting a couple racks of ribs on soon.

I purchased the 4 burner grill several months ago to replace a 3 burner Weber that I had for many years. The new Weber grill does not hold the heat as well. Is it because it is larger or am I not using it properly.
