I’m enjoying the new grill. The jets are powerful, yet there is a lot of fine control. It seems well-made and is easy to clean. It’s satisfying to find a company that still produces quality products and has good customer service .The only improvement I’d suggest is figuring out a way to keep the mice from nesting inside.

I love my new grill! I’m an avid griller and have been through several grills. From the very beginning this grill stood out! The air tight seal when the hood was down and the sear station really stood out! Overall the gauge of steel is superior to cheaper grills.

Do not let the three stars stop you from owning one! The three stars are for the fact that when the lid is open the burners make the extinguished noise. The next thing is minor, it’s the glue of the decals on the grill. Next the top shelf needs a little more more support. Last the side table on the left could be a garbage can as idea. I love the new soft closing lid and the improvement of the heat distribution. A+ for customer service.

Amazing grill, zero learning curve on hot zones like most grills. Even heat and a perfect sear station. Nowadays, you get what you pay for. I was so tired of buying a new grill, keeping it in the best of conditions. Only to have them fail after a few years. Whether it was cosmedic or functionality almost guaranteed to fail within 3-5 years. Now having spent a little more the quality is top notch. From the stainless steel grates and solid seemless grill box down to the wheels. This beast will be pumping out delicious food for the next decade without a doubt.
