Was delivered on time and packaging was immaculate (no dents or tears). Once unpacked all parts were in perfect shape (no dents, bends, dings or other flaws).
It took two people to assemble the grill as it's a monster. Instructions were clear, and parts packets make the installation really straightforward.
I like the new electronic feature (much better than my very old Genesis Silver C that was finally put out to pasture). Grill heats *fast* and gets *hot*. Sear station is great, and a feature that I didn't know I needed until I tried it.

Love the grill but had a problem with hose that connects to the propane. Weber sent me a new part and it works again. It took about a week to arrive. Kind of annoying that it did not work for a bit

For years I've have store brand grills and thought they were good, this grill is the REAL DEAL! The weight and construction tells you it is made to last. The evenness of cooking and the intensity of the heat is unmatched. For anyone serious about grilling this is the best of the best, no doubt. It's an investment, but over the past 10 years I've laid out nearly as much for inferior grills so I guess as the old saying goes "You get what you pay for". This is the only brand for me going forward.

Love the grill. Coming from a big box store no name brand to this is a night and day difference. Have even started smoking on the grill using a smoker box and pellet tube. Only complaint is that stainless steel is high maintenance, but hey you know that going in.
