Love the grill and the functionality. The retailer I purchased it from left the protective film on the on the hood and the doors. When they delivered it. I can’t get the film residue off of the doors. It looks TERRIBLE!!!

Good heavy duty, well made grill. I however, do not like that the gas tank is not enclosed. All Weber would have to do is extend the tank cover and put a door on the end of the enclosure and it would conceal the tank and improve the overall appearance of the unit.

Love my grill! I have been using it quite a bit since purchasing it. Well made and easy to clean. Just what I was expecting at this price point. The cook box really retains heat.
The one thing that I am disappointed by is that you do not have an app for Android devices.

I am very satisfied with my new grill. I previously had a Summit and overall I like Weber products. The burners are terrific. I was able to maintain a low 300 degree burn for over an hour when cooking ribs and the sear burner works really well.
If there was one area that I have an issue with it is that Weber's gourmet BBQ system only seems to be built for the Genesis II 3 series and other models but not the 4 series. I'm still investigating that because I want to branch out into breakfast, pizza, etc.
