This grill absolutely blew all of my fears of purchasing a grill this expensive. It was worth every penny, and I look forward to it being my grill for years to come. The burners produce an even heat, it feels super sturdy, I just have so many good things to say about this grill.

As a new house warming gift for my son and his wife, we decided to get them a high-quality gas(propane) grill. I own a Summit model and it looks and performs perfectly. Here are a few pics of the issue. The far-right burner knob would not even turn. We took it apart down to the manifold and then leaned on it enough to free the knob. But it still looks like it was not made right and that is very upsetting to me because I purchased a brand new grill and it looks damaged. Possible the whole inner assembly was built with a twist in it. Not sure if the front facia is the issue, I think its' the burner assembly. I would like a resolution
