the lid moving sideways during up/down operations

My Only issue.....The lid, which rotates on a pin, can slide sideways (a small amount) during up/down operations. This causes the lid to not close tightly on occasion.
A different pin design (less play) or hinging method could eliminate the issue.

Heavy duty, good quality, easy assembly. Wish the stainless steel option for inside grates allowed you to select outside color. You definitely have to clean the outside often to keep it pretty. We have only used about 4 times so far and we really like it.

Have had the grill for 3 months or so now and am unable to use the grill due to an issue with the regulator and/or gas lines to the burners. Have spoken with many individuals from Weber and they have sent out many new regulators but it is still not working. No idea if they will send someone to take a look in person but after 6+ calls and many emails, that seems to be the only solution. Regardless, this seems like something that shouldn’t be happening to a 3 month old grill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This grill was quite a splurge for me, but I got tired of buying new grills every couple years. Boy, I wish I'd bought this earlier. It is a real pleasure to use - I'm always looking for something new to grill now. The quality is obvious. It heats the most evenly of any grill I've ever had, and very easy to set up for zone grilling. I would purchase again in a heartbeat.
