After scouring the web, I decided to buy a Weber

Grill maintains steady, consistent heat evenly distributed throughout. Solid ignition. Searing heat is good, but not excellent. But then again, I like to have the ability to really sear the meat over 800-900 degree heat a times and there aren't many grills at this price point that could do that. Even still, it is very good for steaks, burgers and other meats that I like to sear. On the other end of the spectrum, this grill cooks well at lower temperature settings when needed. For example, it bakes chicken and crisps the skin without burning it. I can add sauces to baste and coat the meat and the grill will bake the sauce without scorching or burning it. I have rarely used the side burner on the Weber, but it seems to function sufficiently if needed. While the grill head, burners, grates and interior parts are all solid, the cart and wheels are a little flimsy. And wtf is up with the thin metal, half-covered design around the propane tank? I guess it makes it easier to access and/or change the tank, but I'm not a big fan of the design. Then again, none of that affects the cooking ability of the grill or takes away from its superior functionality. I compared this grill (online, through videos and reviews) with all others in its price range and decided to go with Weber. If I had it to do over again, I may consider a different grill with a higher-heat sear station and a rotisserie burner (and enough room to actually use the rotisserie, which Weber, unfortunately, does not have). But that does not take away from the Weber. Instead, this is probably more of a commentary on my diverse culinary style and the peculiar ways I like to cook at times. Other than the searing station and rotisserie function, this Weber grill is probably equal if not superior to all similarly-priced grills.

Assembly took a bit, and I had to adjust a couple of igniters. The grill works great. The heat is uniform and I have not found any cold spots. The temperature is easy to adjust.

This is our second Weber, and I must say it’s a vast improvement over our last one. Which by the way was over 18 years old, and still going strong. Also customer service is outstanding and Weber stands behind its product.

I love the our new grill! Having four burners have allowed me to cook meat and veggies at the same time without compromising each food. The mechanism that tells me how much gas I have I. The thank seems to be a great addition. The only problem so far is that I cannot match the recommended grilling times from the Weber app and my food.

I purchased many gas grills in the past, because I couldn't afford a Weber Grill. However, I was determine to get one come hell or high water. I did and purchased the Genesis II S-435. I saw them in Home Deport already assembled. My wife told me to get it. I told her no, because I want to assemble it myself. The installation was so easy it blew my mind. Weber stand by their product. Well built and an awesome grill. For the first time of my life, I truly now enjoy outdoor grilling. I highly recommend the Weber Genesis II S-435. Awesome Grill!
