I have only used the grill a couple of times but have had great results. I added the iGrill and it removes all guesswork on correct doneness. Also love the sear function. However one of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean after using, especially with the removable drip tray. One of the things that sold me on the Weber were other reviews of previous Weber owners purchasing a new grill after using their previous one for nearly 20 years. Looking forward to many more grilled meals this Summer.

Side panels began rusting out after a few months. Customer service was excellent- when the panels are back in stock, they will ship me a replacement. Still, for the $$$, should not have rusted out.

LOVE my new grill! I replaced my 10 year old Weber Genesis 3-burner (which, by the way, still works great and has been handed down to one of my sons) with this 4-burner. I like the orientation of the burners (front to back) and the searing burner is great. Looking forward to a lot of grill time this summer!
