This is the fifth Cuisinart coffee pot that we’ve purchased. The first four were Stainless and more expensive, so I thought I’d try this less expensive model. Unfortunately the right latch on the lid (plastic) broke off and now I must place something heavy on the lid or the coffee grounds overflow. I tried to purchase a replacement top, but there is not one available for purchase. Disappointed in the quality of this maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The top lid does not open enough for easy pouring of water into reservoir. Other than that it works well and keeps coffee hot on a timer you can adjust.

Really high quality, easy to use and good tasting coffee. It's a glass carafe so know it will get cooler faster than a thermal but wish it stayed a little hotter a little longer

Bought this coffeemaker to switch back to traditional model. Plus I’ve consistently bought Cuisinart products and they’ve never failed me. Love the look — all white — simplicity of design & use. More important I get a good cup of coffee!
