10 years no issues until now

This refrigerator has operated almost flawlessly for 10 years this month January 2026. Built new PH home and all of appliances are GE. Now with wear and tear and age we now have a problem with our ice maker tray. The rotating screw tht pushes the ice to the ice drop has broken a piece of the plastic off. Hopefully GE tech will have fixed today. Very good efficiency rating for 10 years. MODEL PSS28KSHBCSS.
