Light years ahead of our outgoing Amana!

Deep, usable door shelves, bright lighting, very quiet operation. The 18-year-old Amana that it replaced had a leaking heat exchanger and apparently Amana no longer makes replacement parts after 7 years!

Not pleased with strength of the produce and fruit drawers. Wish they were more robust and easier to remove and reinstall. I have a large kitchen and like to take them to my prep area when making salads. Not happy with the drawers.

A great first week

We replaced our 20 yo GE Profile Performance Side By Side (~27 cu ft) when it died with basically the updated version of that fridge (28 cu ft). It is making ice like a champ like the old one and is very quite.

We purchased a GE Profile side by side stainless steel refrigerator new in 2000 for our first home. When we moved to our second home in 2008, we used it in our basement level kitchen. We just replaced it with the updated GE Profile which is beautiful and has great features. We hope to get another 19 years of service from this one as well.
