We had a home warranty the L G had a issue and no parts available.we did a lot of research everyone said it was great so far we are not disappointed by this product

Only had it for two (2) months so it is too soon to tell. It replaced a GE side by side that we had for 30 years without a single service call. My only complaint with this one is that the "auto door close" feature literally keeps the doors open! On my old refrigerator, no matter how far the doors were opened, they would shut by themselves. This model requires a push to make it beyond the auto door close device, then it will close. Without the push the door stays open. I think this is stupid.

Our 30 year old GE Profile fridge was still running fine but the almond color needed a serious update. In 30 years we did not spend a penny on any type of repairs or maintenance on that fridge. Of course we replaced it with a new Profile. Would not have anything else in the house but GE Profile products. Terrific value and top quality. Thank you GE!

Drawers are not adjustable and fixed . Doors are thicker meaning, more can be stored there, however individual shelves leave the same area with little adjustment between height. The water dispenser drips every time it's used a few drops.

This appliance replaced an old LG refrigerator we had that broke after 12yrs. The GE fridge is perfect, great lighting, thoughtfully engineered, excellent craftsmanship. Thank you GE for producing great quality products.
