My family loves our updated fridge, our older version of the same fridge went out. And we love the updated one. Main reason why we had to have this fridge is the size and price. We just couldn't find any fridge this large without paying several thousand dollars more. Also the Ice maker was a feature that we as a large family needed. The ice maker on this fridge is the largest on the market. While it is slow (sometimes agonizingly so) to dispense, especially on crush my favorite mode, we really don't mind the wait... I mean really-- Is there a reason you need ice that fast? Not really, so it teaches you patience... :)

I'm so pleased with my GE because of the shelving space. I can now store twice as much product than before. I like the ease that I can change shelf positions to fit whatever I need to store.

We purchased this to replace our old fridge after a flood when we decided to remodel our kitchen. We wanted to ensure that it made enough ice to keep up, as we use a lot. We have had this unit in service for about a month now and we really like it. With the new shelves and crispers, there is not quite as much room as our older fridge, but it is not abig deal. The ice maker works just a well and keeps us well supplied. It also has a quick ice feature just in case you use more than normal.

We purchased this refrigerator three months ago. My wife preferred a side by side model versus the French door offerings. This is the largest side by side model offered by any manufacturer. The freezer is capable of storing a frozen pizza horizontally. The ice maker/water dispenser is a significant improvement over our previous model.

Refrigerator Door Should Open More

Great refrigerator but the refrigerator door doesn't open all the way. This makes it difficult move the shelves!
