Just installed! It looks like a fast car just waiting to be ticketed, sometimes I have to pinch myself, "is this really my new kitchen?"

GOT THIS FRDGE WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT I PURCHASED A ENTIRE PROFILE KITCHEN ADVANTIUM MICROWAVE 2ND TO TOP OF THE LINE RANGE DIDN'T WANT THE ALL STAINLES STEEL TOP VERY HARD TO CLEAN AND OF COURSE THE DISHWASHERDISHWASHER HAD A FEW PROBLEMS CUSTOMER SERVICE PARAMOUNT!!! STOOD BEHIND100%

Bought similar model 14 years ago that failed suddenly (PSS26LSRB SS). This model was the most similar replacement I could find to match other GE appliances in my kitchen. After installer left a few hours ago I started cleaning interior and found cracks in the back right corner of the freezer floor. Looking at the cracks you can see they are smoothed over from the final finishing in the factory. The finish is smoothed and unblemished around the cracks so couldn’t have been patched after it left the factory. See photos. Worried if such obvious defects got through GE quality control what less apparent problems passed. Other than the short life of its predecessor model seems like a good refrigerator, have made a number of excellent improvements such as the exterior controls, much cleaner drip tray for the ice and water, pass through door on ice bin, and the large number of LED lights at the front shining back into the compartments will make it much easier to see the food labels and don’t shine in your eyes. Oh, and it keeps making ice after you take the ice bin out unless you manually turn off the ice maker, better go clean that up. We will see how this one does in the long run.
