Very Pleased With Our New Refrigerator

The refrigerator has a great appearance and keeps food cold. The ice maker and water dispenser with corresponding lights are a nice feature. The interior lighting of the refrigerator is very bright and food can be easily seen. We also like the bins that come with the refrigerator for placing vegetables and fruit. Since we have had it for only 3 months, at this time, we are quite pleased with our choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I cant now fully tell you about this unit because it is a replacement, and it is a replacement of the same fridge. I liked my old fridge except for a flaw it had so I liked all the freatures thats why I replaced it with the same fridge. I CAN tell you GE has amazing customer service! Even though it took some time to get my unit...no fault of theirs (covid delays) the freight company that delivered it was great, professional and police.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big and Quiet

Large shelves and bins that are easy to move.
Very quiet. I have an open kitchen/living room and hear no motor noise.
Ice and water dispenser works well. Water filter is easy to change and it is a good filter.
Well lit.
Seems well designed and sturdy
If you want a large capacity side by side refrigerator this is a good one.

Really do love this side by side

I’ve owned a lot of refrigerators in my day and this one I have to say has been my favorite. I wanted a fridge that had space and was easy to find this. This one has both so I’m happy!! My only complaint is that it’s supposed to be scratch resistant and after a year, there are scratches all over it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We do hate to hear you've had an issue with scratches on the appliance; we know anything that disrupts the beautiful appearance of the model would be an inconvenience. We are happy to advise that cleaners containing oxalic acid, such as Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser, will remove tarnish, rust and small blemishes. If you choose to use this, you should use the liquid cleanser that is free of grit, and be sure to rub the cleaner in the direction of the grain lines, using a damp soft sponge. This method can often help reduce the appearance of small scratches, and further details on maintaining the stainless steel are available in this article: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16697 . Regrettably, there is not currently an approved repair method for very visible scratches.

Exactly what I wanted!

This refrigerator gives me the extra space I wanted. The side-by-side gives me the ability to get to the items in my freezer without having to pull out heavy drawers and bending to reach the things I need. Am truly pleased with my purchase.
