Fits Our Needs!

The profile is lovely. The handles are perfect for varying height family members, and pretty much hide smudges behind. Ice maker and water work fine, once you adjust to where you have to hold the glass or container. The door compartments were a trick to get in, but once in work great. They hold a lot, and contain any spills. The adjustability of the door compartments and shelving in both the fridge and freezer sides is what I was looking for in usability. And, the door alarm feature works great to train certain family members to not stand there with the door open contemplating..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice is always ready for me..love that about the freezer. Also, the inside lighting illuminates everything so no corner is forgotten! Best refrigerator I've owned. Two thumbs up..way up!

This really feels like a solid unit and feel this will work well for us but I have a couple of comments:
The treys in the freezer hit the right side of the freezer wall when you slide them out. It seems that through time there would be a wear mark or pattern in this area. Not certain why this was not designed to avoid this contact with the wall of the unit.
The trey for the drink dispenser should be designed to capture more dripping from this area. Much like most units, the design allows for water to streak down the front of the door after dispensing. I just wish this trey were just a bit larger to capture this. I find myself always at the ready with a cloth to wipe down the front of the fridge.

In general I think this will be a great refrigerator. I have decided to place several sensor push temperature monitoring devices throughout the unit to see how consistent the unit performs.

This refrigerator is the Profile version of a limited frills GE refrigerator. Thus, its interior lighting is brighter and some of its shelving seems better that the non-Profile GE refrigerators we considered.
