Beautiful Design and More Functional Than Before

This replaced our previous GE Profile which lasted ten years. The ice maker is better designed with a hand entry flap now and the lighting in both the freezer and fridge is excellent. More lights allows for one to see everything in the fridges.

I've had this fridge for a few months now, So far no complaints. I do seem to notice it running more than my 23 year old refridgerator it's replacing, hopefully that won't cause any longevity issues.

Well Lit, Easy and Large Shelves, Quiet Operation

I love this General Electric fridge; we exchanged a different brand with a door in door feature but then got this GE side-by-side. This well-lit GE answers the mail for us! The door-in-door closing mechanism on the other brand did not lock well and there was no cold cuts tray. The GE is a little louder than expected, but it quieted down after a few days when all the ice was made.

A dream refrigerator

We purchased all GE appliances for a new home. We are VERY pleased with this refrigerator. At first the freezer appeared small, however, when items are placed carefully, the capacity is surprising! The 3 pull out baskets are functional. The refrig side is wonderful. The angled lighting allows for everything inside to be seen. The storage drawers are more than ample, and I've even used the sliding shelf to store a tall bottle. Have already replaced the water filter, which was very easy to do. Would highly recommend this appliance.

The fit and finish of our GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator is awesome. The temperature controls are easy to use, and the water filter is a convenient and nice feature. We also love the large capacity ice maker. We never run low on ice.
