We had the previous GE fridge last up to 15 years and bought the same one but new model because of the size we needed to fit. Very happy with purchase.

Good and bad

Likes: looks good, quiet, nice layout and storage
Dislikes: refrigerator does not cool well especially top shelf which is often +5 degrees warmer than middle shelf, often above 39 degrees even on lowest setting, milk spoiling before due date, call warranty service?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This refrigerator is nice but the water/ice dispenser constantly condensates and leaves a 'puddle' of water in the tray. It also drips after you use the water function usually after you pull your cup away. If I had to pick a refrigerator again, I would choose a different one.

Very disappointed!

This refrigerator looks nice on the first look. The lighting is really cool and design seamed nice at first . My biggest complaint is excessive humidity I never saw this in any other refrigerator. I had it for 6 months and it really gets on my nerves. Any time you open freezer the shelves get frosted. Anything you put in refrigerator eventually gets wet from excess humidity. I really did not expect this from GE profiler. I also noticed that interior design is not very efficient. The Ice maker takes up lot of space and it doesn’t really crush the ice ( another annoyance). Similarly the water filter is at the top and takes up lot of space at the top shelf.
I ordered this model during pandemic and the stores did not have this model on display so I took a chance. It was a mistake and I would not recommend this model. Not sure about age refrigerators in general since this was my first experience. Very disappointed!

Door Swing not adjustable

It is a nice unit, a little disappointed that door swing could not be adjusted (hits wall), also freezer compartment not as large as expected.
