Love the space and lighting

This refrigerator has it all! I was looking for spill proof shelves, glass shelves, adjustable shelves, clear storage containers, a light with the water dispenser and more space! The freezer even has all the above. I absolutely love the LED lighting! It’s so bright and easy to see everything! I love the turbo cool button too.
There is nothing I don’t like. Great Job GE!

Crappy Fridge

I bought my house 1.5 years ago and the owner assured me that she had just purchased the appliances. They look fine, but, unfortunately, the fridge compartment does not work at all. 2 stars because the freezer is cold, but it is ridiculous that GE cannot provide a working refrigerator compartment. The fridge is barely cold and every single time I try to contact customer service, they do not answer. I have tried multiple times to reset the refrigerator temperature using the manual provided and have NO ability to set the temperature. This is absolutely ridiculous and not something I would expect from a company such as GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE had all the features I wanted without over doing it. Example - I wasn't interested in seeing the contents of my refrigerator on my phone. I did want adjustable shelves - which is a feature not offered by other brands.

One of the most important feature on a refrigerator is the icemaker. I know it doesn't seem that way to many, but I love having ice readily available since I live in a very warm climate.

Icemaker has not work since day one

I am always purchase GE profile refrigerator’s. However this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. Icemaker has not worked. Had a repairman in however need to call again as it is not making ice. The refrigerator itself is beautiful but for being brand new everything should be working. Will continue to buy GE products however figure I received one that had been sitting around. Did not return since all GEproducts in my area are back ordered and would have four month wait due to pandemic.
