A great refrigerator that focuses on what a refrigerator should do: keep food cold and make lots of ice. The water dispenser has a bit of a delayed drip, but that is a minor inconvenience. I'm glad some fridge makers still make ice in the freezer where it belongs.

Overall,the refrigerator is very nice. It looks good and so far has been operating well. My one complaint with it is that the ice maker has a habit of getting clogged. I had this also happen with my previous GE refrigerator.

Bought this to replace a 15 year old Monogram that was not cost-effectively repairable. Other than styling there are many similarities between this and the Monogram, and since all of my kitchen appliances are Profile Series I chose this model.
The Profile's storage space is efficiently laid out and well lit with LED lighting. Shelves and bins are highly configurable to suit your needs, and it is roomy as well. Uses a more compact water filter to maximize space on the top shelf, and the water dispenser area is greatly improved with a metal fascia for the ice selection buttons along with external temperature controls.
I bought another GE because my previous refrigerator lived a long and trouble-free life. If you're on the fence about whether to buy GE or one of the popular overseas brands, buy the GE. Reading reviews and talking with owners of some of those brands convinced me to not be lured by low prices and flashy features, as they all complained of quality issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!
