The refrigerator stopped dispensing water after 3 days of being installed. Placed a service call and will come next week. Great features and it is really cold.

I purchased this refridgerator for somewhat of a unique space because it’s right up against a wall. I needed something that was side by side and that also had the ice maker towards the top of the freezer as opposed to within the door (which seems to be very common) because my freezer door can only open to a 90 degree angle (the appliance is right up against the wall). I’ve had the appliance for a week and so far am very pleased. It is very spacious, I like that the shelves are adjustable and deep, most all of the shelves slide out for easier access, and the side of the refrigerator is black vs stainless steel like the front (less finger prints to worry about). Everything in my kitchen is black and stainless steel so it was perfect for the space. The LED lighting is great and makes it easier to see everything. I’m really glad I waited an extra two weeks to have this delivered.

got to replace my 2009 side by side yesterday. It has changed. The inside has more lighting and the freezer side has 2 baskets. I'm looking forward to its new features.

After reviewing earlier post about this refrigerator, I was a little concerned since I had already ordered. However, after having this unit for some time, I could not be more pleased. Initial noises that were mentioned in some post? If you read the manual, they do a very good job of telling you what/why. And after fully allowing to acclimate (maybe 2-3 days), this unit is very quiet. I’m in a condo with the living/kitchen/dining area all very close. A noise unit would be very disrupting.
Unit comes with many adjustable shelves and bins. Lighting could not be better. And I know the ice maker works because I have tons of ice. Just not sure when since I’ve yet to hear it after filling.
