Ice Maker only makes chips; freezer too small

I received this refrigerator in March 2019 and from day 1 the ice cube maker delivers ice chips, even though I never choose chips. Also, for the money the freezer section is much too small. The refrigerator makes noises all day and night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge but

I purchased this fridge to replace our old one just like it, however there are a couple differences. The lighting in the new one is much better. The freezer baskets are terrible. The old fridge had actual drawer glides. The new fridge has bumps in the walls that are SUPPOSED to hold the freezer baskets. They don’t. I am constantly trying to get the baskets back on the bumps. One of them has even chipped. I am so disappointed. I also had to take the metal bottle holder from the door of my old fridge and put it in the new fridge as it was not included.

Made appt. for service. They never called and never showed up. Made another appt. Have to wait 2 more weeks. Very frustrating.

LED lighting makes huge difference!

This review is written after living with the new refrigerator for six months. This unit replaced a 16 year old GE fridge. Works very well as you would expect, but the real star of the show is the angled LED lighting. No more dark corners for items to hide and spoil. Easy to see all areas of fridge and freezer by both me (6'1') and my wife (5,1").

My wife & I really like the extra lighting inside. Refrigerator is quite and makes ice quickly. I high recommend this product.

Nice Upgrade

Replaced a 20 year old Profile stainless. Looks great and fits perfect. Would like it better if water dispenser area was black and not silver grey plastic.

Brand new and no water or ice

Our fridge is less than 3 months old and it won’t work for water or ice dispensing. When looking to get a technician out, there were none available.
