Great Cover - Helps Ensure Longevity of Grill

This is a great cover for my Weber Genesis II Grill. The material feels strong, and does not promote condensation on the grill. Also, there is no soft fiber on the inside that would encourage mice to rip it and build a nest. Water beads up on the cover, and in heavy rain, the water runs off. Keeps the grill dry. The cover also protects from the hot sun, which could discolor the grill finish. Very easy to put on and take off. The adjustable Velcro straps help to keep the cover secure, even in heavy wind. We had a storm with high wind warnings, and the cover bottom flapped about, but the cover never lifted up. The cover is soft enough that it does not scratch the grill finish. Overall I am very happy that I invested in this Weber Grill Cover.

The cover is very light weight and not custom fit for my 2006 Genesis Silver. The material wouldn’t last in the wind because of such a loose fit. So I cut an equal length off each Velcro strap and made new ones to fit closer to the bottom. There are now 2 sets of straps on each end keeping it tight. Rain rolls off. Looks nice, easy to get on, fits snug. Will this one last 15 years like my original? Time will tell. Hope Weber sticks with quality as they have through the years. A loyal customer.
