Grill cover works fine. However, I'm very disappointed my flame blows out on my grill whenever the wind blows. A lot of money to spend on something I can't keep lit.
My grill is older and this is my second cover. It is much more manageable than the first one. It is soft and pliant and easy to put off and on . That's all I ask of a grill cover!
Assembly was super easy, using the app to guide us. Took a bit longer than predicted, but only one screw didn't quite go in all the way, everything else just fit like a charm.
We had been using a hand-me-down Q-series, which was still in good shape. While that was a good grill, the difference to the Genesis II is mind-blowing. The Genesis II heats up super-quickly, and so far I don't feel any dead spots on the grill, even when leaving a burner off. I've used it three times in the past week (since assembling it), and am looking forward to grilling all summer long with it.
Completely worth the price, can't recommend enough!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the cover, stays on through Northwest wind storms light weight put together well. I would have given it 5 stars but if I could harness the electricity produced by putting it on and taking it off the bbq I would rule the world!!! Mua ha ha....anyway back to reality. The static it produces hurts sometimes but I've learnt to touch the bbq while removing or putting on the cover. One time I didn't discharge the current and touched the propane tank valve and got zapped, nothing blew up, thank God.
