Cover is acceptable, yet more expected of Weber. Grill over 20 years old. The previous cover lasted 10 years. The old cover made of canvas-like material with waterproof exterior and venting. New cover lightweight plastic and with weather conditions won’t last that long. Willing to pay more for ‘Oldtime Weber Quality’

This cover is very thin, without any padding. I bought before much chipper not Weber from very strong thick material and extra padding, so after winter grill like new

Very lightweight in a bad way

Just received the cover and after putting it on my weber genesis II e-310 my immediate first impression is PROS (Somewhat) : - Fits great except a bit too short
CONS: - Extremely lightweight in a very bad way - The weight makes it hard to put on, like wrapping the grill in a heavy plastic bag -Velcro straps are high up and with the short coverage I would guess a strong wind could carry it away with Velcro fastened -Doesn't appear durable at all
Claims to be a premium grill cover but considering how thin it is, not likely to resist water. In the future please use a heavier material and if possible consider adding a layer of waterproof material for the top of the cover. Your products are great don't skimp on the cover.

We are sorry to learn that your Premium Grill Cover has not yet impressed you. We appreciate you feedback, and we'll bring your suggestions to the appropriate teams.
All of our Premium Grill Covers are designed to allow moisture to evaporate through the material, since trapped moisture will accelerate rusting. We expect the material to provide outstanding protection despite being lightweight.
Our Care team is here to help! Please look for an email from us soon. Thank you!

2nd Generation Grill Covers are Poor Quality

I've had my grill for over 10 years and bought grill cover which lasted several years. It was vented and higher quality material than cheap replacements they now sell -2nd lasted only 2 years. Very disappointed that Weber would compromise their reputation with a clearly inferior product.

Bought a new Weber grill cover to replace old one of 12 yr use- a waste of money! Weber knows exactly what they've done producing a new cover that is lighter and prone to tearing & cracking, that's why they can afford to cover it with a 3 yr warranty and send you another cheaply made replacement. It's all about the money!

Hi! We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your new cover! Our new style covers are designed to be both lightweight and durable. This allows for easier covering and uncovering of the grill between uses. We would not expect your cover to crack or tear and have backed it with a 3 year warranty. If you do have any issues with your new cover, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at reviews@weberstephen.com and we would be happy to help. Thanks!
I really want to give this 5-stars, but the bottom edge of the cover does not rest on the ground for the Genesis II. Therefore, there is a gap for rain to splatter up onto the casters and bottom of the frame. Only time will tell if this will cause a rust issue.
Not as rugged as they used to be - thinner and lighter than older version but works. Had I known, I would have spent 1/4 of the cost on an offbrand cover.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good quality grill cover; this is a replacement for a Weber cover that was over 10 years old. Based on the longevity of the old one, it should last ten years!
