My loving wife got me a Genesis II LX S-340 for Christmas in 2017, she also got the "Premium" cover to go with it. Although I will say that I love the grill, I'm very disappointed in the quality of the cover. It looks good and fits well, but it's not very durable. One would think that a cover with a 3 year warranty would last at least that long. Sorry to say that this cover is starting to come apart after 1 year and 3 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

dont waste your money on this cover, purchased it 3 years ago and now the seams are cracking open and the cover is hard as a rock, very difficult to put on. great grill, horrible covers. this grill is in my garage all winter too, not out in the elements.

Looks great but doesn't last

My cover barely lasted two years. Went to take it off today after winter storage and the cover is all hard a cracking. It's like it shrunk! Could barely get it off. Really disappointed with the Weber cover.

It fit my old Genesis Silver grill, but it is too long, so when I tried to roll my grill, the cover got caught on the wheels and damaged the cover. So now I just take the cover off before moving the grill....

Only fits with the folding work tables not folded!

Why did you change the cover, Weber? Why?!?
We ordered this cover as a replacement for our Q300 Grill cover #6553, which fit perfectly, but has deteriorated after years of leaving the grill outside all year long...we even grill when it's snowing! We actually are still using the deteriorated cover, because the new one doesn't fit.
What we don't understand is why the new cover was made to fit the grill with the folding work tables in the 'up and locked' position, instead of the compact, 'down' position, the way the original cover fit.
We bought this particular grill precisely for the reason that the work tables folded away when not in use. The original cover fit nicely with the folding work tables folded, so we could move this portable grill out of the way when we weren't using it.
With this new cover, if we fold the tables, the cover is huge, and flaps around in the wind...sometimes even lifting off, no matter how much we tighten the velcro straps. Alternately, if we leave the folding work tables up, the cover fits, but we can't put our portable grill out of the way, which defeats the purpose of having folding work tables. If we didn't want to fold the work tables away, we would have bought a different model grill!
We are extremely unhappy that this grill cover does not fit with the folding tray tables folded away.
We have been trying to find a replacement for the original cover, #6553, which was a much better size for this grill, but it seems to have been discontinued.
The length and width we are looking for is approximately 38" by 24".
