[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's neat to see all the new gadgets they come up with these days. This was really helpful when grilling. Just connect to your phone and you have all the help you could ever need. I hope to be able to use it more when the weather gets better.

Only used it a few times. The first time I ran it on two devices simultaneously and when I was done it locked up and wouldn’t unlock even with the hard reset. I had to wait till the battery drained down and start it up again. The next several times it worked without issue on one device. I found it very helpful. I’m a fusser so without the device I’m in and out checking on it. This allowed me to cook inside with knowledge of the meat being cooked. Easy to use and appears to be a good/helpful product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this thinking it would save all my time. Wrong. Magnetic bottom no longer strong as it was when o first got it and probs are all messed up. Temps fluctuate from 30-400!! One less input just reads 172 without anything in it. I tried a complete reset and cleaned out contacts but nope stil issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t Waste Your Money

The hub doesn’t stay connected and the probes don’t measure accurately. Don’t waste your money on this gimmick.

Worked well before probe connecter melted

Worked great for first two times. Then the curved part of the temperature probe drooped down onto the hot grill and melted the small plastic ring around the probe/wire. Now it is no longer accurate on the timing of the cooking process or the message to flip the meat. I will now try the second supplied probe and hope that does not happen again. Another small item is that the app recipe for hamburgers only offers Well Done, not Medium Rare or anything else.

What a phenomenal tool! It’s been great having those rare steaks for my wife as well as juicy pork chops and chicken breasts for everyone. Didn’t expect any less from Weber!

This item needs to be redesigned.

This product comes with tabs plastic colored tabs on the cords which identifies ambient sensor from temperature sensors. Who ever designed plastic tabs to go inside a charcoal grill needs their head examined. I tried to slide them up the cord with no success. I then tried to remove them which was not possible without damaging the sensor cord. I then place the meat on edge of grillhoping the plastic tab would not melt. I would not recommend this product at all as it is currently designed.

I wish my smart hub could have arrived working and not broken, seriously would have loved to left a nice review since I have had high expectations for this product. Maybe costumer service might not be that bad.
