Incredible Non-stick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant about ceramic non stick but I am now a believer! This pan is my go-to for what I cook the most, and what I often have challenges with - eggs. Not only do I cook scrambled eggs, I can pull of the most amazing spanish tortilla with this. Slice thin potatoes and layer them in pan, cooking in a tad of olive oil. When soft, add beaten eggs and cook on low until set, Then just put a plate on top of pan and invert and out comes a beautifully presented spanish tortilla! It just slides right out!

If you are on this fence about this product-don’t be. I absolutely love my pans. I can not stop using. Sometimes I think of something to cook just to use them. Easy wipe clean. I can’t wait to purchase a complete set.

I love that its chemical-free nonstick, it's dishwasher safe which is an absolute MUST in my house, and the turquoise color is modern and fun! I'll be replacing all my old nonstick pans with these healthy, easy to clean pans!

This green one really brightens up cooking. The non-stick surface is everything you say it is. And there certainly is plenty of room to cook.
