Love this grill

Camp hacks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve taken this camping a few times now and let me tell you.. this product is absolutely fantastic. I tend to stink at campfire cooking so this product came in clutch. I was able to make eggs and pancakes in the morning, grilled sandwiches at lunch and steaks for dinner! The drip cups are easy to attach and the product is very easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice heavy duty looking griddle, but it is a bit clunky. The griddles come apart for easy washing and they are non-stick so they are nice to use. One end of the griddle has a opening to drain oil run-off which is a smart idea, but it would have been nice if there was a reservoir on the griddle itself. It's a nice alternative to using the stovetop for quick meals.

Amazing addition to our camper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle has been an amazing addition to our camper supplies. It gets used to do scrambled eggs, pancakes, and bacon regularly. We've also used it to make panini-style toasted sandwiches on a couple chilly days. I would definitely recommend this product.

Made a Nice Pressed Sandwich!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this out. Upon opening it, I found it a little harder to maneuver the two sides of the griddle to lay them flat, then back into the "press" mode. I don't know if I will use it for making pancakes or anything, as the surface area doesn't seem like it adds much more space than my regular frying pan. I was super excited to try this for making a lunch sandwich though, and made a pretty tall sandwich as a "test" of the hinges. It was hard to get the top plate over the top of the sandwich, as it kept on sliding the sandwich toward the front and I had some trouble getting the hinge loose enough so it sat flatly on top of the sandwich. Once I figured it out though, it toasted up the bread really nicely! Overall, it did what I wanted it to, but I had some challenges with manipulating the machine. I don't think it'll be a mainstay on my counter, but will bring it out when I want to make a nice pressed sandwich.
