Great and non stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for frying bacon without splattering grease everywhere. Holds about 4 full slices of bacon and makes it perfect and not curled up. Great for eggs too, no need for butter or grease to fry either. It opens up so you can use both sides or close to press down sandwiches or whatever. I use it closed when doing bacon so i don't get the splatter. Super easy to clean and it goes in the dishwasher too. Only problem I have found with this, is that when we make bacon, we have to lift up one end to make the grease go into the grease cups (comes with 2 cups for catching grease) there are 2 spots to catch grease when opened up and then you only need 1 when the unit is closed.

Amazing Griddle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been absolutely dying to get a Griddle so I was very excited to get the Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle. The griddle is not huge and can be stored easily and is not very heavy. I love that the panels where the food is actually cooked can be easily removed for cleaning, leaving the electrical bits behind, making this the easiest appliance I have to clean in my kitchen! I absolutely love that you can pretty much cook anything on a Griddle, which is why I love the feature where you can use the griddle like a panini press (with both cooking surfaces face to face) or you can open the Griddle up for more flat surface area to cook more food like pancakes! Everything comes out wonderful on the griddle and it cooks very evenly! I've made Burgers, Hot Dogs, Pancakes, French Toast, Bacon, Eggs, Chicken, Steak, veggies, you name it, I've tried it on the griddle! Everything comes out evenly cooked, pancakes don't burn, bacon comes out crispy, meat is juicy. I already can't wait to use my griddle to make more foods!
I have attached photo's to see the griddle and as a disclaimer, I placed my hand on the griddle for size reference while the heating surface was off and NOT plugged in. The griddle gets very hot while cooking so do not touch it while it's hot!
Now that my mini disclaimer is done with, I would recommend the Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle to anyone and everyone. I think that everyone needs the Sizzle Griddle in their life because it's the perfect size and the perfect kitchen appliance for anyone and everyone. I'm so happy to have finally gotten the griddle and I'm not sure how I lived without one before! I wish I could give the product more than 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intrigued with the sizzle griddle at first because I wanted a new griddle. Then I saw there were grilling plates and thought that’s cool! Then I saw there’s also waffle maker plates and said I need this!! I’ve used all the plates for different cooking needs and it works perfectly each time! So easy to use and to clean. I love it! The grilled chicken I’ve been making is so good!

I did some ribs and they were amazing and smokey. Totally adds flavor to the food. It is easy to clean up and to set up in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle is a multi-purpose appliance that works as a grill, griddle and panini press. What really impressed me was the convenience this had to offer, it comes in a perfect size that does not take up much counter and storage space. Using it was real simple it has one knob with four temperature settings and a light that turns green when ready for use. The flat griddle position did a great job on cooking my pancakes evenly and fast and did not stick when removing them, while the closed position was great for making perfect bacon that was not over cooked, crispy and evenly cooked. It was nice to make bacon and not have it pop grease everywhere instead any excess fat or grease went directly into the dip cup provided with the Diamond Sizzle which also helps with less calories. My overall thoughts this is made with non stick plates infused with diamonds which makes plates hard and long lasting, you can use one plate or both, can be used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, makes cleaning easy by just wiping down or wash in soap and water, this is made toxin free no PFOA, PFAS and lead, durable non stick coating, functions and operates well inside or outside, made with durability that will last a long time. I recommend buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this griddle! made a panini and griddled some meat so far and the double sides adds so much more to this device! It's 2 in 1! I like how I can fold it and toast both sides of the panini (kinda like how a sandwich press does it) but then I can unfold it and both sides because cooking surfaces. Nice! The only drawback is when you do that, there's a crack/seam in the middle, but that makes sense. Nice gadget! Recommended!

Just what I was missing in my kitchen

The Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle replaces both of them. Love the way the plates pop out to go in the dishwasher and seems to be very high quality build.

This griddle heats up fast and gives that perfect cooked on the grill flavor to the food. Quick easy clean up and very easy to use. I have cooked everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a very well built unit and will last for years.
