Clean up is a breeze with this! It is simply amazing!
The one draw back is buying the separate add one separately. I would not let that hold you back from purchasing this product. Just informing you to make sure you buy them when you purchase your Griddle!

I loved that it had so many ways to cook different items.But i was very happy to come accross this brand.. plus my panini came out great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've enjoyed using the sizzle griddle sucessfully to cook many items from burgers, steaks, chicken, grilled vegetables & delicious sandwiches. The best part is everything we've made so far has cooked very evenly on both the grill & griddle plates.The appliance is easy to use, we just had to check & adjust the temperature a few times until we became accustomed to & learned the temperature levels. I wish the grilling surface was a bit bigger but we will use the outdoor grill when we need to serve a lot of guests.I have so many recipes I've yet to try but look forward to. Clean up is easy due to the non stick surface. So far we're pleased overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little indoor grill is big time awesome. It works really well, cooking both sides at the same time. It is easy to use, and really convenient when you want a grilled burger but don't want to be outside. It is also very easy to clean. We've had great results using this grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used the Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle a couple times. It's nice because it's not so huge that it takes up a ton of counter space, but large enough to make quesadillas and a full breakfast for two. The griddle heats up very fast and clean up is a breeze. I especially love that the griddle plates detach for easy cleaning. The only thing I have noticed is that the top doesn't cook the same as the bottom but that could be because we are inexperienced with using it and just need a little more practice. Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is smaller than I thought it would be in person, and it's essentially a non stick skillet. I can see the appeal of it for making certain foods that require a completely flat surface, but to me it doesn't add much value to my kitchen appliances since it doesn't add a nice "grilled" flavor that comes from charcoal.
All of that said, I do think it's a useful appliance for when you need to make certain foods on high heat and a regular skillet might not work. It also works well as a panini maker.
